July 11 - Force of Nature

 

“When you pass through the waters,

I will be with you;

and when you pass through the rivers,

they will not sweep over you.

When you walk through the fire,

you will not be burned;

the flames will not set you ablaze.”

(Isaiah 43:2 NIV)

 

Testing hurts, but it will not destroy my soul. Suffering strengthens my faith and turns my face to my heavenly Father. He is always waiting for me to run to Him. I will everyday thank God for being in control of the force of nature. I hope you will, too!
