“For we are God’s workmanship,
created in Christ Jesus to do good
works,
which God prepared in advance for us to
do.”
(Ephesians 2:10 NIV)
Jesus Christ suffered and died so I could be a new creature. As a child of God, I am destined to do good works for His glory. Just like the tree pushes new life into its leaves, God pushes His life into me so I will look and act more like Him. Leaves do tree things and I do human things. I thank my heavenly Father for preparing me. I hope you will, too!
